    Job Description:

    This role will focus on preparing, processing, and submitting new business and account service paperwork. It will also include learning and integrating new technology and software to meet these needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have great problem-solving abilities, and be able to work well in both a self-directed manner and in a collaborative team environment. The overall goal of this position is to deliver an exceptional client service experience. Opportunities for growth within the practice will be available for motivated individuals.

    This is a Full-Time position (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, in the office.

    Responsibilities:

    • New business processing, account opening, and tracking
    • Service requests and account maintenance
    • Following-up with Team members regarding outstanding items
    • Delivering high quality client service in a professional manner
    • Communicating effectively with clients and prospects across mediums;
    • Various back office administrative support

    _ Qualifications:_

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Strong technology skills and an understanding of digital processes
    • Insurance, investment and/or banking experience, required
    • Series 7 or 63 registered, preferred

    Salary: $42,000 - $62,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional registrations
