    We are dedicated to hiring the most well-qualified people to join our team. We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Service Coordinator.

    Job Summary:

    This is a full-time position working in our Stuart, FL service yard office. Below is a list of duties and required skills.

    Duties:

    · Primarily data entry of work orders, labor hours, purchase orders and/or invoices

    · Administrative tasks as delegated including scanning, filing and running misc. errands

    · Assist Service Department with various tasks

    · Database management

    · Marine industry experience preferred

    Skills:

    · Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks

    · Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

    Requirements:

    At least three years of administrative experience required

    Marine industry experience preferred

    Ability to interact with High Profile clientele

    Ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers and staff

    Outstanding customer service and interest in the marine industry

    Friendly, highly approachable personality

    Must maintain a professional appearance at all times

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to work alone or with team maintaining a positive attitude

    Excellent time management and organizational skills

    Agree to comply with all company policies and procedures

    Ability to work in an upright standing position for extended periods of time as needed

    High School Diploma required

    Must have valid driver's license

    Able to lift 15 pounds, reach, bend, climb, grasp, kneel, push, pull, and twist as needed

    Must speak, read and write English in a clear and concise manner

    Schedule:

    Monday through Friday

    8-hour shift

    Overtime as needed

    Weekends as needed (rarely)
