Position Overview
The Administrative Services Officer will provide comprehensive support in payroll processing, accounting, and financial record management. This hybrid position requires occasional onsite work and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional experienced in accounting and payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure completion and accuracy of time records.
Process one-time payments in AZ360 HRM.
Prepare and post manual journal entries for payroll corrections.
Audit payroll records and reconcile discrepancies.
Conduct research and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
Process travel reimbursement claims and vendor payments.
Prepare agency transfers and related financial documentation.
Required Skills
3+ years in an Accounting role.
3+ years of Payroll experience.
Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AZ360 platform.
