As the face of the company, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting customers with their selection of window coverings. You will need an outgoing personality and be able to provide excellent customer service. You should be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail as well as be able to work independently and prioritize projects.
Responsibilities
Greet customers upon entering the showroom with a friendly welcome
Understand customers’ requests and respond with the appropriate action which may include
○ Quoting window treatments
○ Following up on existing orders
○ Providing design advice
Manage and organize office tasks as assigned
Answer business phones and handle requests
Execute defined procedures/processes to eliminate errors and keep office organized
Effectively use office software(s) to
○ Schedule appointments
○ Provide quotes
○ Order Products
○ Manage product delivery and installation
Manage office supplies and order as necessary
Resolve customer reported issues or escalate
Follow up with suppliers, customers and colleagues regarding issues or questions
Distribute communications to team as necessary
Maintain office/showroom in orderly manner
Accept deliveries
Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Working knowledge of office software and equipment
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and technology overall
