Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Chinese and English, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Position Responsibilities
Maintain office operations, equipment, and supply inventory
Coordinate meetings, events, and cross-departmental logistics
Handle reception duties and correspondence
Process attendance records and salary calculations
Manage tax filings and social insurance contributions
Resolve payroll discrepancies
File Control: Draft/organize bilingual documents; maintain physical/digital archives
License Compliance: Renew business permits; track expiration dates (e.g., health permits, business licenses)
Accounts Oversight: Manage company accounts (bank/software); reconcile transactions; support audits
Qualifications
College diploma or above in Administration, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
