Required Duties:
Provide Administrative Support to senior level staff. The individual should project a high level of professionalism and have a working knowledge of operating within the offices of senior Military officials. Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with facility staff and manage assigned equipment and offices. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Identify and resolve problems
Track correspondence handled in support of assigned tracking system
Support Military, civilians and other contractor personnel with in and out processing
Provide continuity books and checklists for recurring tasks
Assist hand receipt holders with required documentation, passes and inventory activities
Assist in creation of government travel authorizations
Manage conference room schedules for multiple buildings
Assist the command in operational tasking support
Assist with international deployments, TDYs, military leaves and permissive TDYs
Serve as subject matter expert for training policies and procedures
Serve as a resilience training by conducing training for military services members, DoD civilians, military families and community members
Retrieve, coordinate, process and distribute mail and deliveries accordingly
Requirements/Qualifications:
US Citizenship required
Possess or ability to possess a Secret Clearance
Knowledge of Army, DoD, DHA, and operational regulations
Knowledge of Army, DoD, DHA, USAMRDC Local Security, Force Protections, Operations, Passport/Visa and travel clearance regulations
Comprehensive knowledge of plans, operations training and security practices and standards applicable to an R&D biomedical environment
