Are you a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and communication? We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Administrative Support team member to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
(30 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to leadership and team members
- Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling
- Organize digital files and maintain accurate records
- Assist with daily operations and project coordination
- Handle phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- Create and manage content for social media platforms
- Support marketing and communication initiatives
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong proficiency in technology and office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous administrative experience preferred
