Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and support the overall operations of the office.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documentation related to production and customer orders.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
