    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily administrative tasks and support the overall operations of the office.
    • Assist in the preparation and organization of documentation related to production and customer orders.
    • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for both physical and digital records.
    • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as required.
    • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration is a plus.
    • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
