Job Summary: The Administrative/Coordination Specialist supports HQ SpOC by preparing coordination packages, tracking suspenses, and producing deliverables such as Monthly Status Reports and Trip Reports. This role ensures efficient administrative support for planning and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities:
Prepare coordination packages, consolidate responses, and track suspenses for planning tasks.
Produce Monthly Status Reports by the 15th of each month, detailing tasks, meetings, issues, and performance metrics.
Prepare Trip Reports/Meeting Minutes within 5 duty days post-event, summarizing outcomes and recommendations.
Support collaboration with internal/external agencies for task completion.
Ensure deliverables meet performance thresholds (no more than three late documents/year, maximum two days late; corrections within two days).
Adhere to security protocols for classified material and CUI/PII.
Support TDY travel logistics and documentation.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
3+ years of experience in administrative support or coordination in DoD or government contracts.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for deliverable production.
Strong organizational skills for tracking tasks and deadlines.
Completed DoD AT Level I and IAA Cyber Awareness training.
Security Requirements:
Active TS/SCI clearance.
U.S. citizenship required.
Compliance with DD Form 254, OPSEC, and CUI/PII regulations.
