Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone in a professional manner
• Support agents with policy processing, renewals, and documentation

• Assist with billing inquiries and basic account servicing
• Provide general administrative support including data entry, correspondence, and office organization
• Learn core insurance products and services to support client needs

Qualifications
