Administrative Support for Sales and Marketing Executive Hybrid Position
** Must live in the Greater Cleveland area**
Job Summary
You will be stepping into a role with many hats, and responsibilities. This role will provide high level administrative support for our CEO and their team, enabling them to focus on strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves managing complex calendars, project management, and assisting with various marketing projects. You will function as a crucial link between the CEO, employees and customers ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Complex Calander Management including prioritizing meetings, scheduling and rescheduling meeting requests and coordinating schedule adjustments.
Manage multiple email accounts.
Communication Coordination handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence, acting as a point of contact for internal and external contacts.
Organize internal and external meetings including drafting and distributing agendas.
Document Management organizing and maintaining files and documents ensuring easy access to the CEO.
Project Support Assisting with various marketing projects, including event planning, campaign coordination and market research.
Problem Solving Proactively identifying and resolving issues, finding solutions, and streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
Relationship Management acting as a liaison between internal teams and customers. Assist in maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.
Report Preparation assisting in creating and compiling reports, presentations, and other sales related documents.
Sales Data Management maintaining and updating sales records, spreadsheets, and other relevant databases.
Understanding and anticipating the Executives preferences, work style and needs.
