    60 - 65K Base + Commission (OTE $80,000 – $100,000)

     

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Administrative Talent Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across a range of administrative, office, and leadership roles. This position requires strong emotional intelligence, the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and stakeholders, and a sharp instinct for evaluating fit. You will work closely with leadership while juggling multiple roles, requiring professionalism, humility, and the ability to push processes forward when needed.

    Requirements

    • Strong judgment in assessing candidate quality and fit

    • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

    Responsibilities

    • Own full-cycle recruitment across administrative staff, office staff, coordinators, and case management roles

    • Manage a high volume of open positions while maintaining quality and speed

    • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through outreach, referrals, and networking

    • Develop relationships with candidates to drive engagement and conversion

    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements

    • Screen and evaluate candidates with a strong read on fit and long-term success

    • Drive hiring processes forward, ensuring momentum from interview through offer stage

    • Manage offer process and support onboarding to ensure smooth transitions

    • Track candidates, pipeline activity, and outcomes within recruiting systems
