  • Responsibilities

    (30 hours a week) for a duration of 6 weeks beginning in March and concluding May 2, 2025.

    Scope and duration:
    • Temporary staff assistance to support the Office of Policy Development and Integration with the update to Policy Book website.
    • Temporary staff will have limited access to confidential internal information and systems. Ideal candidates will have a record of securely managing sensitive information.
    • We are looking for someone to support this project on a part time basis (30 hours a week) for a duration of 6 weeks beginning in March and concluding May 2, 2025.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide support for the biennial update of the  Policy Book website.
    • Under the direction of  staff, manually update all content on the website, including pages, sections, and chapters; update structure where needed.
    • Conduct reviews of published content to ensure accuracy, readability, and consistency across website pages, sections, and chapters.
    • Manage workflow independently and communicate progress to staff, escalating issues or questions as they arise.
    • Utilize and provide feedback on training and support documents.

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum two years of experience managing or producing editorial content, digital communications, or project management experience preferred.
    • Associates or Bachelors degree.
    Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
    • High tolerance for tedious tasks and a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage projects, anticipate project needs, and discern work priorities.
    • Familiarity with creating, editing, and publishing online or web-based content a plus.

    • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
