    Compensation Package:

    Base salary range of $45,000-$65,000; performance bonus up to $5,000 for a total earning potential of $70,000

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a passionate and skilled Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative and Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for handling general administrative affairs for our headquarters in San Jose and assist on the client order management.

    The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized and detail-oriented person who can serve as both the stable administrative backbone of the office and support for the sales order. Most importantly, we value TEAMWORK and a proactive attitude toward learning from colleagues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    General administrative affairs include but not limited to

    Assist on order management include but not limited to

    US domain logistics arrangement.

    Confirm shipment delivery from Taiwan to the US.

    Maintain the standard storage space and inventory stock level and outside inventory.

    Create and maintain current administrative related documentation.

    Proactively identify recurring problems with office routine and sales orders. And provide information to the team.

    Collaborate with the Client Success & Marketing Associate and provide the necessary assistance.

    Attend the Expo for administrative onsite support.

    Compassionate, fast-learner, good listener, and patient to work through business challenges with co-workers in Taiwan and the US.

    Education and Experience:

    Minimum high school graduate

    Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and organized with customers.

    Basic ability to use Microsoft Office software and Google workforce.

    Open and positive attitude

    Language: English

    Desired Experiences:

    Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. ; OR

    Familiarity of Quickbooks ; OR

    At least 1 year of work experience ; OR

    Experience in an administrative, sales support, or related role are an advantage. ; OR

    No experience but welling and interest in learning the robotics industry; OR

    Language: Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
