    Job Title: Operations Coordinator

    Job Type: 3 Months W2 Contract

    Location: 151 Fabyan Place, Newark, NJ 07112

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    ** Position Summary:

    **

    The Operations Coordinator provides administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves organizational tasks, communication, data handling, and collaboration with both management and staff. Candidates must be capable of handling confidential and time-sensitive information and be familiar with standard operational practices.

    ** Key Responsibilities:

    **

    • Handle phone calls and greet plant visitors
    • Code and process AP invoices and customer invoicing
    • Maintain office supplies, AP, and credit card records
    • Process receipts of raw materials and consumables
    • Manage BOLs, orders, and coordinate reporting with Corporate
    • Issue POs for plant, maintenance, and office needs
    • Perform general administrative tasks (filing, copying, mail, etc.)
    • Support monthly inventory with supervisors
    • Occasionally assist with CSR tasks
    • Other duties as assigned

    ** Qualifications

    **

    ** Education:

    **

    • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

    ** Experience & Skills:

    **

    • Data entry experience
    • ERP/inventory system knowledge preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) a plus
