About the Role:

Join Allstate Insurance Agency - Scott Tatro as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative in Akron, OH! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and support while ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and maintain a welcoming environment for clients.

Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance products and services.

Process policy changes, claims, and other administrative tasks efficiently.

Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our database.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.

Provide support in marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.

Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Insurance license is a plus but not required; we will provide training.
