    Home Health Administrator
    $120,000 Base + Bonus Program

    A well-established and high-performing Home Health agency is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee daily operations and lead growth efforts across its service area. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and strategic healthcare leader to make a lasting impact.

    The Role
    As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, compliance, staffing, and overall performance. You’ll work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and the continued success of the agency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct and manage agency operations, including clinical, administrative, and compliance oversight

    • Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body regulations

    • Provide leadership and guidance to Directors of Nursing, office personnel, and field clinicians

    • Implement performance improvement strategies and support quality assurance initiatives

    • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to support census growth and service expansion.

    • Travel between office locations as needed to support consistency and operational efficiency managing a census of 130-150 total.

    Ideal Background

    • Previous experience as a Home Health Administrator or Director of Nursing within a Medicare-certified agency

    • RN, PT, or OT license strongly preferred but not required if candidate has extensive home health management experience

    • Deep knowledge of home health regulations and operational workflows

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster team accountability and patient-first culture

    • Growth-oriented, solution-focused mindset

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $130,000

    • Bonus program tied to performance and agency goals
