What we are looking for:

• Valid OH LNHA (Nursing Home Administrator license)
• 2+ years of experience as an Administrator in a Long Term Care (LTC) of Skilled Nursing (SNF)Environment
• Experience overseeing a larger SNF (Skilled Nursing) or LTC (Long Term Care) is a plus
• History of survey success
• Great personality and a team player.
