What You'll Do

Lead daily operations and regulatory compliance

Build and develop a high-performing team

Support resident satisfaction and quality care

Drive occupancy and community engagement

Take call after hours as needed

Work Monday- Friday unless needed for emergencies

Provide training, coaching and leadership

What We're Looking For

Strong leadership and communication skills

Assisted living, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred - must have 5 years of verifiable management in healthcare setting or a degree.
