  • Responsibilities

    RCP Management is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Administrator to join our team in Barnegat, NJ. This full-time role offers a starting salary of $50,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. Responsibilities: • Facilitate all correspondence for the community association and maintain homeowner information. • Prepare all general correspondence, including but not limited to violation letters, delinquency letters, and email blasts. • Copy, scan, and file all correspondence. • Input and maintain all Work Orders. Work with 3rd party vendors to schedule, maintain, and update all work orders. • Track special projects, including but not limited to annual census, vendor insurance, lease tracking, and pet tracking, etc. • Conduct new homeowner orientations. • Liaise with assigned Committees and provide support, as appropriate and within contractual obligations. • Conduct site inspections on a routine schedule during normal business hours. • Make sure all vendors and workers sign in and out daily (if required). • Process delinquency/collection activity on a monthly basis in consultation with the supervisor. • Track and coordinate pool pass distribution, if applicable. • Updated and maintain the homeowner portal. • Maintain the keybob database. • Keep the workstation neat and orderly. • Follow all general RCP employment policies. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Self-Motivated, Patient, and Compassionate, Customer-Service oriented. • Ability to work as a team player. • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple projects in a high-paced environment. • Must be proficient in Office 365 programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and/or other similar computer programs. Must be comfortable with technology, including operating projectors, copiers, simple sound systems, tablets (e.g., iPad), and learning new software programs. • Must have community association experience. • Must be well-organized.
