  • Responsibilities

    RCP Management is seeking an Administrator that is organized, reliable, and detail oriented to join our team in Manalapan, NJ. This full time role offers a starting salary of $50,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, and a 401(k) program with an employer match. Responsibilities: • Facilitate all correspondence for community associations and maintain homeowner information. • Prepare all general correspondence, including but not limited to violation letters, delinquency letters, and email blasts. • Copy, scan and file all correspondence. • Input and maintain all Work Orders. Work with Maintenance Company to schedule, maintain and update all work orders. • Track special projects including but not limited to chimney cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, homeowner insurance, vendor insurance, lease tracking, and pet tracking. • Maintain inventory of association letterhead and envelopes. • File correspondence in unit files, chron books and reading files. • Maintain and update RCP Approved Vendor List in Nabr Network and in Vantaca. • Make sure all vendors and workers sign in and out daily. • Process delinquency/collection activity on a monthly basis. • Track and coordinate pool pass distribution. • Updated and maintain website(s). • Maintain keybob database. • Keep workstation neat and orderly. • Follow all general RCP employment policies. Qualifications: • Self Motivated, Patient, and Compassionate. • Ability to work as a team player. • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple projects. • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Vantaca and/or other similar computer programs. • Be knowledgeable in terminology relative to community associations. Compensation: $50,000
