Job Summary:

Silverhanven Assisted Living is seeking a fun and energetic Administrator to join our amazing team. As part of the Administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential assisted living homes.

In this role, you will:

Plan, direct, market, coordinate, and supervise delivery of care for residents of Silverhaven Assisted Living and Memory Support Services.

Ensure quality care and service for residents while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with the executive director to ensure seamless coordination among all departments, including F&B, maintenance, housekeeping, concierge, and activities.

Directly manage the caregiver staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
