    Primary Purpose:

    This role supports each company with all associate related changes to include accurately applying union contract language and policy rules. Also provides functional and technical support to HR Business Partners and the companies. Relationship building is important to this role. This position must maintain effective relationships with HR business partners, HR process owners and business unit management teams. This position processes HR-related transactions for the entire organization partnering with various levels of management and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate and timely processing.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Orchestrates the day-to-day activities of the HR Services Processors.

    • Teaches the Processors how to successfully execute their responsibilities.

    • Responsible to the HR Services Manager to onboard new Processors.

    • Manages the system setup of the current HR system of record and BU with respect to code set definition, structuring and entry. These changes include opening and closing stores,district realignments, position control, job code changes, salary range input, etc.

    • Partner with the HR Services Project Specialists to lead company-specific aspects of operational projects impacting the various HR systems or processes.

    • Work closely with HR Services Project Specialists to identify improvements in current systems or processes. Determine what processes may be put into place to help streamline the workload in each division

    • Facilitate and provide resolutions to concerns working with store management teams, HR business partners, IT, vendors, HR Services team members.

    • Provide timely solutions to open problem tickets for HR systems.

    • Serve as the escalation point for the Processors in troubleshooting.

    • Responsible for ensuring data security policies are enforced in the Workforce Administration processes

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma/GED

    • 5 years of experience in HR or Payroll

    • Analytic skills

    • Detail oriented

    • Strong expertise on HR pr Payroll systems

    • Supervisory/Leadership Skills

    • Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
