Position Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, you will report directly to the Director of Resources, providing collaborative and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

You Will

Learn internal software housing proprietary company data and become a subject matter expert therein.

Handle incoming calls and emails.

Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Prepare and organize documents and reports.

Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Assist in managing schedules and appointments.

Assist in other, not mentioned ad hoc administrative tasks as they come in.

You Bring

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Chinese speaking strongly preferred (Mandarin and Cantonese)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
