    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is integral in supporting our wealth advisors and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in the financial industry. Responsibilities: • Management of advisor calendars, including scheduling client meetings, professional obligations & lunches, and allowance of time for prep and financial planning • Management of community outreach & events • Report & meeting preparation • Meet & greet clients in the office • General office tasks (e.g., scanning, copying, & digital/physical filing) • Answering the main office line with professionalism and warmth, handling basic client inquiries independently • Assist clients with troubleshooting virtual meeting software • Prepare and process basic client paperwork Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (required) from an accredited institution • A minimum of 2 years of direct hands-on experience in a related role • Ability to pass a background check • High level of personal responsibility and ability to work independently • Enhanced communication skills to maintain strong client and team relationships • Ability to work confidentially with a high degree of discretion. • Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Dedicated workspace at home for remote working days Compensation: $22 - $26 hourly
