    JOB SUMMARY

     

    Globe Life is seeking a Data Analyst-Analytics to work for Enterprise leads program. This individual will be responsible for developing and improving measurement capabilities for the various department initiatives by gathering data across different departments and systems. This individual will support marketing operations, customer journey mapping, business intelligence / reporting and analytics.

     

    PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    The prospective candidate should:

    • Have deep understanding of analytics measurement processes to effectively create and deliver data and insights with regards to various marketing initiatives.
    • Be responsible for the development and distribution of standardized reports.
    • Develop ETL processes to collect data from disparage data sources and data sets
    • Help identify marketing opportunities using quantitative insights
    • Assist in analysis and data gathering for "ad-hoc" projects as they arise
    • Understand media mix optimization, media spend analysis and strategies to increase its effectiveness.
    • Have experience is setting up testing and analyzing test results.

    Required Skills

    • Understand customer journey mapping and analysis with respect to Omni channel marketing
    • Be knowledgeable of various marketing and sales processes and campaigns
    • Strong quantitative background & analytical abilities necessary
    • Ability to analyze complex data and processes
    • Strong data skills, requiring deep knowledge of SQL and Tableau (or other BI tools)
    • Ability to both take direction and to take initiative to proactively develop a solution
    • Experience working with campaign management tool a plus

    Required Experience

    • Bachelors specializing in marketing or analytics field
    • 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing Analytics environment (2-3 years with M.S. in related field)
  • Qualifications
