The Tech Support Specialist is responsible for effectively resolving client issues related to the use of the Admire donor management and school management program. They would troubleshoot tickets assigned to them by obtaining a good understanding of the issue and subsequently executing the proper resolution.
- Review, track and address assigned tickets that deal with various troubleshooting issues
- Analyze, listen and truly understand clients' problems
- Research and develop solutions
- Educate clients about the problem and solution
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to develop and implement out of the box solutions in a clear organized way
- Self learner with strong analytical and technical skills
- Strong listener with above average interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of how schools and nonprofits operate
- Experience working in schools or nonprofits preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Admire preferred but not required
- Minimum three years work experience using general office technology
