🔹 What You’ll Do
As an Admissions Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students exploring a career in healthcare. You’ll guide them through the enrollment process with clarity, compassion, and urgency — all while meeting performance goals and staying committed to compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students through phone calls, texts, and in-person tours
Conduct interviews to assess a student’s motivation, goals, and readiness for school
Present PCI’s programs clearly, building value around student goals and timelines
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students to move them through the admissions process
Meet daily and weekly activity metrics including interviews, enrollments, and outreach
Collaborate closely with Financial Aid and campus staff to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience
Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and follow admissions protocols with integrity

A self-starter who can take initiative and stay accountable to goals
Strong phone and communication skills — both professional and personable
A student-first mindset with a passion for helping others take the next step
Experience in admissions, customer service, or sales preferred
Able to manage a fast-paced workload and shift priorities as needed
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
High school diploma required
