Admissions Assistant

Position Overview
The Admissions Assistant supports daily admissions and enrollment operations, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and organized experience for prospective families. This role manages application processing, interview coordination, CRM updates, and cross-department communication to facilitate a seamless transition from admission to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to prospective family inquiries via phone/email/WeChat
Track leads and schedule tours, interviews, and assessments
Collect and review application documents; follow up on missing items
Maintain accurate records in CRM/SIS (e.g., Blackbaud, Google Sheets)
Assist with admissions decisions and enrollment communications
Support Open House and recruitment events
Coordinate internally with Registrar, Business Office, Academic, and Counseling teams to ensure complete and accurate enrollment handoff
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in education, school administration or student services roles.(Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and service mindset
Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Experience supporting I-20/SEVIS processes
