General Summary
This part-time position supports the Office of Admission and Enrollment Management with
a specific focus on converting prospective family inquiries into completed applications.
Working under the direction of the Director of Admission and Enrollment Management, the
Inquiry Conversion Specialist is responsible for engaging with prospective families, tracking
inquiry progress, and implementing communication strategies to encourage application
submission. This role plays a critical part in helping St. Philip’s meet enrollment goals by
strengthening our admissions pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for new inquiries; respond to phone calls, emails,
- web inquiries, and tour requests promptly and professionally
- • Implement follow-up communication strategies to convert inquiries into submitted
- applications
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inquiry records using the school’s admissions
- database (FACTS)
- • Monitor inquiry-to-application conversion metrics and provide weekly updates to the
- Director of Admission and Enrollment Management
- • Schedule and coordinate admissions tours, follow-up calls, and touchpoints
- • Assist in preparing materials for tours and admissions communications
- • Collaborate with the Office of Admission and Enrollment Management and
- communications teams to ensure consistent messaging
- • Support admissions-related events and outreach focused on engaging prospective
- families
Educational Requirements
- • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Experience in customer service, sales, admissions, or outreach strongly preferred

Schedule & Work Environment
- This is a part-time position; schedule will be determined with the Director of
Admission and Enrollment Management (approx. 20–25 hours per week)
- Work is performed primarily on-site during school office hours, with some flexibility
possible
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours for events or tours
