The Admissions Coordinator leads the full enrollment cycle and serves as the primary liaison between prospective families and the school community. This role is responsible for driving enrollment growth through exceptional relationship-building, strategic recruitment efforts, and clear, mission-aligned communication.
Family Engagement & Admissions Management
Serve as the primary contact for prospective and returning families.
Guide families through the complete admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
Ensure a welcoming, organized, and seamless admissions experience.
Recruitment & Events
Plan and lead campus tours, open houses, shadow days, and recruitment events.
Represent the school at education fairs and community events.
Build relationships with feeder schools and community partners.
Execute year-round enrollment and retention initiatives.
Data & Strategy
Maintain accurate records in the Student Information System (SIS).
Track enrollment metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports.
Develop and execute a comprehensive 12-month recruitment strategy.
Provide regular progress updates to school leadership.
Communications
Oversee website and social media content to ensure alignment with the school’s mission.
Maintain clear, consistent communication with families and stakeholders.
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years of student recruitment experience (K–12 preferred).
Experience working directly with K–12 families.
Proficiency with SIS/CRM platforms (e.g., Finalsite, Veracross, FOCUS, Blackbaud), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
5+ years of K–12 admissions experience.
Familiarity with classical liberal arts education.
Resident of Collier County with knowledge of the local community.
