    Admissions Director at Primrose School of Frisco at Independence

    Position Overview The Admissions Director is responsible for managing the full enrollment lifecycle and serving as the first point of contact for prospective families. This role is essential in driving enrollment, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience that reflects the Primrose mission of nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®.

    Key Responsibilities

    Admissions & Enrollment

    Manage all incoming inquiries, schedule and conduct school tours

    Guide families through the enrollment and re-enrollment process

    Coordinate parent orientations and onboarding

    Meet and exceed school enrollment goals

    Marketing & Communication

    Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase enrollment

    Maintain and update the school’s website and social media platforms

    Plan and host open houses and community events

    Track and follow up on leads using our systems

    Family Engagement

    Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families

    Build strong relationships and provide a welcoming, informative experience

    Present and promote the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum

    Data & Compliance

    Maintain accurate and confidential student records

    Audit enrollment files and ensure compliance with licensing standards

    Enter and manage data within school systems

    Operations Support

    Collaborate with leadership on retention initiatives and school operations

    Support overall school success and uphold Primrose standards

    Qualifications & Skills

    Previous experience in early childhood education, admissions, or a related field preferred

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

    Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment

    Passion for education and alignment with the Primrose mission

    Schedule & Work Environment

    Full-time position

    Occasional evenings and weekends required for events and tours

    Reports directly to School Executve or Owner
