About the Role:
Join the Primrose School of Liberty as our Admissions Director, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students and community. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead our admissions process, create lasting relationships with families, and promote our mission of providing a premier early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for families.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective families and increase enrollment.
Conduct tours and informational sessions to showcase the school's programs and facilities.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance outreach.
Collaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve enrollment goals.
Utilize data to analyze trends and improve the admissions process.
Manage the admissions database and maintain accurate records of inquiries and enrollments.
Provide exceptional customer service to families, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
Requirements:
A degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and staff.
Proven ability to meet and exceed enrollment goals.
Experience in early childhood education is a plus.
Proficient in using admissions software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
