Admissions - License to Chill Snow Island (Part Time)
**SUMMARY: The position oversees the greeting of all guests as they enter and exit the park. Responsible for assisting guests with the purchasing of tickets and season passes, as well as, providing bag safety checks as guest enter the park. This position requires heavy communication with the guests informing them about the park, its rules, and policies. Associates are responsible for admitting all guests into the into the park and enforcing park policies and rules in a friendly manner. Friendly and informative are the key to success here! ****

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming guest
Must be at least 16 years of age
Communicate in a friendly manner even when stressed
Able to stand for long periods of time
Operating a scanner
Performing customer service
Maintain a clean workspace
Answer phone calls
Assist one or multiple guests at a time with any questions
Maintain trash and cleanliness in the park
Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors
Checking bags before the guests enter the park
Basic math
Must be able to read and write
Proficient computer skills
Enforce and knowing all policies
Other duties as assigned

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, and percentages.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 16 years of age
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence and complete reports detailing customer interactions. Ability to effectively present information and give directions with customers and employees.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in both written and verbal form. Ability to deal with problems involving many variables.
