    Join Our Team as a Bilingual Admissions Advisor at PCI Health Training Center!

    PCI Health Training Center has been preparing students for allied healthcare careers for over 35 years. We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Bilingual (English/Spanish) Admissions Advisor to connect motivated students with the right program and guide them from inquiry to enrollment.

    Location & Schedule: 8101 John Carpenter Hwy, Dallas, TX 75247 Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site)

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of admissions or sales experience (career college admissions strongly preferred)
    • Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
    • Skills: Proven ability to meet goals, close sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences
    • Attitude: Confident, competitive, and motivated by results while maintaining student focus - Language: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive new student enrollment by effectively presenting PCI programs
    • Manage leads through proactive follow-up calls, emails, and interviews
    • Conduct admissions interviews that uncover student needs, goals, and motivations
    • Guide students through the admissions process with urgency and professionalism
    • Consistently achieve monthly enrollment targets while maintaining compliance

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of admissions or sales experience with measurable success
    • Strong closing and consultative sales skills
    • Bilingual - English/Spanish
    • Ability to connect with diverse student populations
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
