    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. You will be working to drive top funnel growth in our sales pipeline with team members on the Figure Equity Solutions (FES) unit. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to immerse your career within a company that is backed by some of the leading investors in the world.

    As a Sales Development Representative with FES, you’ll introduce venture-backed executives and founders to our best-in-class software platform to help them streamline their equity management, raise capital, and unlock liquidity in the private markets. This role will focus on prospecting and engaging directly to potential customers and expanding selling a lifecycle equity management platform that includes a cap table management, and an integrated digital capital raise solution to startups.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Clearly articulate the Figure story and the value propositions of an exceptional platform to key decision makers.
    • Drive new business leads from companies that fit a customer profile for Figure Equity Solutions generally consisting of startup CFOs, COOs, Founders, and Co-Founders.
    • Conduct sales outreach via email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects in the venture space.
    • Collaborate with the Figure Equity Solutions sales team to streamline the sales lifecycle, secure meetings, and ensure successful movement through the sales pipeline.
    • Attend and participate in virtual networking events and community events to represent Figure Equity Solutions and generate contact lists.
    • Utilize and track data in the CRM to accurately qualify opportunities with assigned reps and report sales metrics to the broader team.
    • Strategize with team members to iterate on a comprehensive sales strategy and sales plan that ensures consistent achievement of goals over the short and long-term.

    WHAT WE LOOK FOR

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
    • 1-2 years of quota carrying experience, proven track record selling SAAS products to startups
    • Relevant B2B sales experience, preferably a SAAS solution
    • Proficiency in using CRM applications required
    • Experience outbound prospecting, managing a pipeline, and closing strategic contracts
    • Proven ability to execute, especially negotiation and closing
    • Articulate, poised, and concise
    • Flexible and positive attitude
    • Accountable, problem solver and driven to achieve goals
    • Excels in both personal ambition and collaborative teamwork
    • Experience in venture capital, private equity, institutional investing, or wealth management preferred
