Key Responsibilities:
The Adobe InDesign Developer (specific to experience in Adobe InDesign & Scripting) is an on-site individual responsible for, in conjunction with our client, developing and maintaining digital marketing templates and applications. The individual will also have overall responsibility to support the client's marketing operations.
Daily activities will include some or all of the following:
· Collaborating with the client and creative designers to create new and update existing digital marketing templates using Adobe InDesign
· Creating and updating Adobe InDesign code-base / scripting to enable automated processing of data to enable marketing material creation
· Executing data extracts and processes to support the various marketing systems
· Monitoring to ensure various marketing system processes required by the business are performing as expected
· Working with the various team members to trouble shoot and resolve process issues
· Running quality check to ensure the process is running correctly
· Creating ad-hoc and automated reports based on client needs
In addition to daily activities, the Adobe InDesign Developer is responsible for helping to develop business solutions that will improve quality, accuracy, and/or and improve cycle time. To meet these needs the Adobe InDesign Developer will be expected to:
· Work with the client and team to develop a thorough understanding of the client's business and needs
· Work with the client to develop, document and/or execute solutions to support the business
Supporting client reporting needs and ad hoc requests. The Adobe InDesign Developer is responsible for supporting the client by responding to their ad hoc requests.
· Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
· Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
· Must have fluency working in Adobe InDesign. No exceptions.
· Must have fluency working in Adobe ExtendScript. No exceptions.
· Fluency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Required)
· Developing reports utilizing our standard reporting tools
· Writing and executing database SQLs and Adobe InDesign scripting
