ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Systems Support Specialist to join the growing Supply Chain team.  The Systems Specialist will support the implementation of our new WMS (warehouse management system), highjump, and be the post go-live point person for future enhancements and integration with other systems. This person will also support other aspects of the warehouse management systems and reports.. It will involve working in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment; and will have high visibility within the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Configure, develop, debug, and trouble-shoot solutions per design documents.

• Support the development of the systems new functionality.

• Set-up new users, and assist in training of new team members and end-users.

• Set-up and configure of RF (Radio Frequency) devices, printers and other equipment onsite.      

• Support development of the interface with Host systems.

• Support IT infrastructure as needed.

• Development of new WMS (Highjump) functionality and configuration of the system using SQL; also supporting data analysis and report / KPI development.

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU HAVE?

• BA/BS Degree.

• 1-2 years of experience in application development or technical support.

• Intermediate to advanced configuration or programming experience in a programing language like C++, Java, etc., and databases (SQL / Oracle) queries and stored procedures.

• Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage.

• Strong, analytical and problem solving skills.

• Reporting experience a plus.

• Supply chain and distribution industry knowledge and experience.
