    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    Adore Me is looking for a friendly experienced agent to join our e-commerce Customer Relationship team. As an Adore Me Customer Relationship agent you will assist our clientele in all service related inquiries, going above and beyond for our customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

    The ideal candidate for this position is an out-going, self-sufficient, problem solver who is motivated by growth and thrives in a team environment.

    Compensation is $16-$18 per hour plus fully paid benefits. 

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    • Will respond to customer inquiries across all chat mediums including phone, email, social media, chatbot, etc 
    • Work directly with off site third party call center
    • Ability to resolve issues that have been escalated
    • Follow customer problems through until resolved
    • Complete requests with sense of urgency
    • Identify patterns in customer feedback and address them as appropriate.
    • Advanced multi-tasking

    WHAT SKILLS DO YOU HAVE?

    • Associates or Bachelor's degree

    • Must have a good corporate mindset

    • Experience working in a customer service or similar environment.

    • Strong and effective written and verbal communication

    • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers

    • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes

    • Critical thinking ability

    • Comfortable working in a fast paced ever changing startup environment
