OVERVIEW

Athletic Fundraising and Sales Position – Adrenaline Fundraising

We are looking for a dedicated self-starter to help manage our growing fundraising company. Based out of Upstate New York you will be mainly responsible for working with local schools and organizations that are in need of fundraising. We primarily work with HS Athletics and youth organizations however we help all programs raise money (Music, Dance, Theatre, Elementary/Middle Schools etc..). Our goal is to help any program or group raise the money necessary to compete at the highest level possible. Other responsibilities will include recruiting new coaches and team leaders to participate in the fundraising programs, speaking with local businesses on behalf of schools and helping manage existing athletic team fundraisers.

Required skills

· Qualified candidates who have a competitive nature, be a self-starter with a desire to succeed in sales

· Ambitious, bright, engaging and able to handle all types of people and situations

· Self-confident with the ability to speak in front of small groups of students and coaches

· Some sales experience preferred but not required

· PAST INVOLVEMENT IN COLLEGIATE OR HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS A BIG PLUS!!

· Must be efficient with basic computer programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and have experience with social media accounts including Instagram

· Have a solid work ethic and a great attitude

· Interact and communicate professionally with school and athletic personnel, including athletic director, coaches, boosters and athletes

· To be able to succeed with limited daily oversight

· Must have reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license

· Monday – Friday

· Paid Summer vacations

· Willingness and ability to work some nights and longer hours during busy stretches

There is lots of room for advancement and a 50-100K+ commission-based salary for a hard-working individual with the right attitude.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: First Year Goal 40k-75k
