Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Payroll Processing Client Service Representative to join our well established team and fill a position we have available. This position would be responsible for entering and processing the payroll for our weekly client base, along with providing reports on a weekly basis to those same clients.

This is a high volume, fast-paced position that requires a sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Review hours received from clients, enter data into Paychex "Preview" or "FLEX" system
• Update Client-Employee data
• Perform tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions, direct deposits
• Issue weekly and any ad-hoc payroll reports
• Scanning of data into document management systems
• Processing of outgoing mail

Qualifications:

• Experience with Paychex "Preview" or "FLEX" software preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Must have excellent phone & email communication skills
• Must have intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products
• High school or equivalent education
• US work authorization required

This position is in our Lynnfield office and NOT a remote position.

For our Full-Time position, Hours are Monday through Friday 8 - 4:30, Part-Time positions will be considered.

Salary commensurate with experience.
