JR. HELP DESK TECH SUPPORT
Part Time $18 per hour
Saturday and Sunday 2PM TO 10:30PM
Come join our growing team supporting exciting, break-through technologies. Our support technicians are the backbone of our business. Jr. Techs review systems are the first line of defense to alert the team when issues arise. Their quick and accurate feedback allows the team to provide fast and accurate solutions for our customers!
MAIN DUTIES
- Take ownership of your support duties.
- Communicate frequently and clearly, noting expectations for follow-ups.
- Document work performed.
- Review video logs.
- Perform detailed computer evaluations (we'll train on this)
- Escalate bugs and improvement requests.
- Other duties as required -- we're growing so there's always something new!
WE'LL TRAIN YOU TO DO THIS FUN STUFF TOO
- Assemble LED hardware modules.
- Test, diagnose, and repair equipment.
- Image and then configure LED display systems in a web-based portal.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Fluent speaking and writing in English.
- Able to work SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 2PM TO 10:30PM, with a 30 minute lunch break.
- Reliable to show up on time with a great attitude!
- Inquisitive, with an aptitude for quick learning.
- Able to follow procedures for technical support workflow.
- Technical certifications like CompTIA A+ or others are a plus but not required.
- Degree in a technology-related field is a plus but not required.
