Implementation Specialist (75% Travel)
Our rapidly expanding AI/CV/ML entity is looking to fill our Implementation Specialist position. This role will be responsible for implementing, testing, and troubleshooting our technology in live environments, among other daily responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hardworking individual that can problem-solve while in a high stress environment. This position requires a go-getter mentality and has unlimited potential for growth within our rapidly expanding company. AWM is an artificial intelligence, computer vision, machine learning and deep learning technology company with a comprehensive suite of solutions that address problems that are top of mind for retailers (and beyond) today, including a solution for cashierless shopping and fully autonomous stores. Job Summary · Install and service LED video displays, IoT sensors, cameras, servers low-voltage cabling. · Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. · Diagnose problems and come up with solutions quickly while on-site. · Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. · Perform maintenance and provide customer support. · Communicate and send daily progress updates while on deployments. · Other duties as assigned Qualifications / Skills / Qualities · Technical degree or certification (preferred) · Proven work experience as an installation technician. · Technical know-how regarding video displays, cameras, servers, and general hardware · Ability to install, repair, service, test, and troubleshoot equipment. · Basic understanding of networks and low voltage. · Basic understanding of electrical · Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams. · Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces. · Must feel comfortable using power tools. · Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule. · Must have a desire to travel overnights domestic and globally (75% travel). · Ability to communicate effectively and professionally internally and externally with customers. · Driver's license and reliable transportation WHAT WE OFFER · A dynamic environment where you can make an impact using the latest technologies. · Paid vacation and sick time. · Medical/dental/vision benefits · Opportunity for growth · 401k plan · Potential for employee stock option plan participation · Salary Company Description Please visit awm.tech or smartshelf.com to learn more and watch videos of our solutions.
