WinRate is seeking a skilled and data-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms on behalf of our clients. You will manage significant ad budgets, drive measurable results, and play a key role in delivering the performance our clients expect. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on results and loves turning data into growth. Responsibilities: • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from strategy through execution • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to hit ROAS, CPA, and lead generation targets • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages • Manage and allocate client ad budgets responsibly and efficiently • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution across platforms • Build clear performance reports and communicate results to clients and internal stakeholders • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad formats • Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop high-performing ad assets Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns • Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into clear recommendations • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment • Graphic Design skills Compensation: $25,000 - $35,000 USD yearly
