    Overview:
    Vital Tech Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Adult Behavioral Health services. This role is responsible for managing the clinical and operational performance of mental health programs serving adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The Program Manager will provide leadership to clinical teams, oversee service delivery, and build effective partnerships with community organizations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of adult behavioral health programs, ensuring clinical quality and operational efficiency.

    • Supervise, train, and support clinical and support staff.

    • Oversee intake, assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of services.

    • Serve as a liaison with external partners and stakeholders.

    • Ensure compliance with funding requirements, licensure, and certification standards.

    • Drive program development, continuous improvement, and outcome measurement.

    • Provide culturally competent, person-centered care in a diverse community.

    • Assist with crisis response and on-call support as needed.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

    • Full clinical licensure in Michigan: LMSW, LPC, or LLP required.

    • At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health services for adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders.

    • Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor (CAAC) credential or ability to obtain within 30 days (or an approved MCBAP professional development plan).

    • Must meet Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) criteria within 120 days of hire.

    • Experience with program development and evaluation.

    • Valid driver’s license and a favorable driving record.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Strong leadership, crisis management, and interpersonal skills.

    • Cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.

    • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and behavioral health funding.

    $82,000-$110,000 per year
