Overview:
Vital Tech Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Adult Behavioral Health services. This role is responsible for managing the clinical and operational performance of mental health programs serving adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The Program Manager will provide leadership to clinical teams, oversee service delivery, and build effective partnerships with community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of adult behavioral health programs, ensuring clinical quality and operational efficiency.
Supervise, train, and support clinical and support staff.
Oversee intake, assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of services.
Serve as a liaison with external partners and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with funding requirements, licensure, and certification standards.
Drive program development, continuous improvement, and outcome measurement.
Provide culturally competent, person-centered care in a diverse community.
Assist with crisis response and on-call support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Full clinical licensure in Michigan: LMSW, LPC, or LLP required.
At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health services for adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor (CAAC) credential or ability to obtain within 30 days (or an approved MCBAP professional development plan).
Must meet Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) criteria within 120 days of hire.
Experience with program development and evaluation.
Valid driver’s license and a favorable driving record.
