Our Group Home Staff play an important role in helping residents build independence while providing support, encouragement, and compassionate care in a safe, welcoming environment. No experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed from your first day. Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Support residents with daily living activities • Assist with meals, medications, housekeeping, and daily routines • Transport residents to appointments and community activities • Create a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment • Complete documentation and communicate with your team • Encourage independence while building positive relationships • Cleaning common areas • Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities • Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line • Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day • Ability to maintain regular attendance Qualifications: Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED Experience: No Experience necessary Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Compassionate, dependable, and professional Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and grow Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly
