    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Adult Neuro Lead | Part or Full-Time | Gig Harbor, WA

    A highly respected, SLP-owned outpatient clinic is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as a clinical lead on an adult neuro caseload in Gig Harbor.

    This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a seasoned clinical leader with deep expertise in brain injury (45 years of experience!), swallowing, and cognitive therapy- while taking on meaningful supervisory responsibilities and being fully supported by a strong administrative team.

    Position Overview

    • Gig Harbor location only- no travel to other sites
    • Treatment: approximately 20–25 hours/week of direct patient care within a 40-hour work week, and supervision of CF or SLPA
    • Adult caseload including: swallowing and dysphagia, aphasia and cognitive-communication, voice and post-surgical care (cervical fusion)
    • Supervisory responsibilities that fluctuate based on staffing needs-initially overseeing one CF or SLPA
    • 30-minute sessions (some adult sessions longer based on need)
    • 1-2 evaluations/week
    • Full administrative and scheduling support
    • Collaborative team environment with regular peer learning and case review

    Ideal Candidate

    • Experience in adult neuro, acute care, or medical settings
    • Strong foundation in swallowing and cognitive therapy
    • Prior supervision experience (CF or SLPA) preferred, or strong interest in developing supervisory skills
    • Confident, independent clinician who builds strong patient rapport
    • Open to mentorship and continued clinical growth
