Position Overview
Performance Indoor Training (PIT) in Frisco, TX is seeking a dependable and professional Adult League Supervisor to oversee operations for our competitive adult soccer leagues. PIT runs multiple adult divisions including the Open League (Men's & Coed, ages 16+), Men's Over 30, and Men's Over 40. Games are played on weeknights and Sundays on high-quality indoor turf fields at PIT Frisco. This is a part-time, seasonal role ideal for someone with a strong knowledge of the game and the ability to manage competitive adult players and teams professionally.
League Divisions Supervised
Open League — Men's & Coed (Ages 16+)
• 7v7 format; $600 per team
• Games played on Sundays
• Weekend game times: 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM
• Features both Men's and Coed divisions
Men's Over 30 League
• 7v7 format; $685 per team
• Games played on Mondays and/or Tuesdays
• Weeknight game times: 8:30 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10:30 PM
Men's Over 40 League
• 7v7 format; $685 per team
• Games played on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays
• Weeknight game times: 8:30 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10:30 PM
League Details
• Independently sanctioned league
• Outdoor rules played indoors on indoor turf fields
• PIT Adult ID Card is required for ALL players — supervisor must verify compliance
• Referee fees are paid by PIT — teams are NOT responsible for referee payment
• Full team payment must be completed by the second game; non-payment results in removal from the season
• Schedules are released one week prior to each division's start date
• Registration managed through DaySmart Recreation
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise all adult league game nights across Open, Over 21+, Over 30, and Over 40 divisions
• Manage late-evening weeknight game slots (8:30 PM, 9:30 PM, 10:30 PM) and Sunday afternoon/evening slots
• Verify PIT Adult ID Card compliance for all players before games begin
• Coordinate referee assignments and confirm PIT covers all referee fees that are to be picked up at the end of the night by referees
• Enforce league rules, codes of conduct, and sportsmanship standards appropriate for adult competitive play
• Manage field assignments and ensure proper setup for indoor turf games
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for team captains, players, and referees on game nights
• Handle conflict resolution between players, teams, and officials in a calm and authoritative manner
• Track game scores, standings, and results across all divisions using DaySmart Recreation or equivalent platform
• Communicate schedule updates and any changes to affected teams in a timely manner
• Monitor and enforce payment compliance — all teams must complete full payment before their second game or risk removal from the season
• Maintain accurate incident reports, disciplinary records, and game-night logs
• Collaborate with league administration on season planning, scheduling, and end-of-season events
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in adult sports administration, officiating, or league management, the competitive soccer enviroment.
• Strong knowledge of soccer rules and 7v7 outdoor-rules format
• Ability to confidently manage competitive adult players and enforce rules under pressure
• Comfortable working late weeknight hours (shifts may end after 11:30 PM)
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with sports management or scheduling platforms (DaySmart Recreation preferred)
• Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience supervising adult recreational or competitive soccer leagues
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
• Familiarity with age-specific league formats and player expectations across Over 30 and Over 40 divisions
