Schedule & Benefits

Consistent Part-Time Schedule

Split Shift: Monday – Thursday

• 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Approximately 24 Hours Per Week

What You'll Do as an Adult Services Transportation Driver:

• Safely transport adults with developmental disabilities to and from day programs, activities, and community destinations
• Deliver friendly, respectful, and professional customer service
• Maintain punctual pickups and drop-offs along assigned routes
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and mobility accommodations when needed
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles remain clean and safe
• Create a welcoming, positive, and supportive experience for every passenger
• Follow all company safety standards and transportation guidelines

What We're Looking for as an Adult Services Transportation Driver:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Safe, reliable, and responsible driving habits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to assist passengers with mobility-related needs
• Commitment to safety, dependability, and customer service

Experience in transportation, caregiving, direct support, education, healthcare, or customer service is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
