Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Adult + Pediatrics | Full-Time | Silverdale, WA
A growing outpatient clinic is hiring a part or full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a primarily adult caseload (~75%) with a small pediatric component in Silverdale.

Position Overview
- Caseload mix: ~75% adults (neuro, dysphagia, voice, cognitive) and ~25% pediatrics
- Typical schedule: ~40-43 visits/week and 30-minute sessions
- Only 1–2 evaluations/week, possible bonus if willing to do more
- Full administrative and scheduling support
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Ideal Candidate
- Experience or strong interest in adult neuro and swallowing
- Comfortable treating a small pediatric caseload
- Confident communicator with strong clinical judgment
- Growth-oriented and interested in specialty skill development
- Someone willing to learn-the owner has 45 years of experienced and is willing to mentor!
